My minecraft wont download

I recently got a new computer, and wanted to play with friends through Minecraft for Windows 10, but I can't figure out how to download it. Whenever I go to the game "Minecraft for Windows 10" it says I don't own it; when I go to the game titled as "Minecraft", it says I own it. But when I click on 'Install on my devices', I get a pop-up saying.  · I also bought a mod from the store before noticing this and when i went to download and play it i was met with a message saying there is ‘Not enough space’ available on my PlayStation 4 system to download this item. I tested it out on all my bought items and even those which are only 2 MB big are undownloadable. I have checked my PS storage. MCPE A Minecraft Market Place Item never started downloading and I can't download anything I buy on my phone. Resolved. MCPE Textures in the marketplace won't download. Resolved. Running MC v with System Software If I go into Settings-Global Resources-My Packs and activate a texture pack, it does look like it downloads but then displays the "Importing Content" message with the progress bar, which never moves from 0%, then gives me the "Download Failed" message. At this point I'm completely out of ideas. well when you go to Minecraft forge I press the "installer" button for the version. it saves to my downloads but after that I have tried to open it. it opens with internet explorer and asks me if I want to open it or save it. I have tried doing both but nothing really happens. If that doesn't work, try waiting for it to finish saving, I don't mean upload, but when it stops loading, and it looks like you haven't uploaded anything, click Save in the top right. Occasionally, the site glitches out and won't show you what you uploaded. I have that problem with my texture packs.
